HOW WE MET
How We Met
It was on a beautiful Sunday morning, I had just joined the social media unit after a long wait and the HOD introduced me to her and how she is very diligent and edits so fast with her phone. I was fascinated and immediately I became her Friend [ FAN]. I offered to always bring my second Laptop for her use, which I did.
FIRST DATE
First Date
She did stop by my apartment anytime work brought her close and we had a good laugh before I see her off. She invited me Minister Dunsin Oyekan program, Upper room. which helped our bond to grow stronger. Upper room is now a constant place for us monthly.Our first outing together was to Yakoyo to eat amala with another unit member and his babe after church and this we did twice. All this was my inner longings and she made it happen effortlessly.
MILESTONE
Moving In Together
One day at upper room she told me about how she listens to loads of Pastor Chris Oyakilome’s messages,and then I discovered her long faith confession note.These meant the right woman for me. On another day I told her of my weird desire to go to China, she approves and acknowledge of it would help my career. she later shared her weird plan to go to Lebanon to sharpen her creativity.
PROPOSAL
The Proposal
Planning started three(3) months before the day as the planner and I(one of her staff) were checking for her best proposal setting. We finally did and I started inviting her close friends and siblings. On that very day she had a surprise for me too and it was successful. It all happened around 10pm in a safe space filled with her friends, her siblings and my siblings. Tears of joy rolled down as it was nothing short of what she prayed for. She said “Yes’ of courseee. We went on to do family introduction and we are getting married soon.
